Ms. Jennifer Karwowski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in English from Northeastern Illinois University. Before joining St. Genevieve Catholic School, Ms. Karwowski served as a kindergarten through eighth grade tutor, substitute teacher and summer school instructor at St. Mary of the Angels School in Chicago. Ms. Karwowski has been teaching at St. Genevieve School since 2007.

Ms. Stephanie Tominov holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Miami University of Ohio. Ms. Tominov joined St. Genevieve School in 2009 after completing her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction at St. Louis University.

Mrs. Barb Lotz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Theology and Philosophy from Mundelein College. She taught at St. John Bosco School in Chicago and has been teaching at St. Genevieve School since 1993. Mrs. Lotz has taught pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and first grade.

Mrs. Michele Day teaches Kindergarten B at St. Genevieve School. Since 2003, Mrs. Day has taught physical education and pre-kindergarten at St. Genevieve School. Mrs. Day holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in History. Prior to teaching at St. Genevieve School, she taught kindergarten, first, fourth and fifth grades at Our Lady of Mercy School in Chicago. She was also the Director of Success Lab, a program designed to improve student reading skills at Ryder Elementary Math & Science Special Chicago School.
