Step 2: Print the registration form & fill it out.

Step 3: Bring the following to registration:

A. Completed registration form
B. Certified birth certificate, no copies please
C. Baptismal certificate, if applicable
D. Most recent report card, if applicable. Required for students entering first through eighth grade.
